Argosdyne is the controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

We collect only the information needed to respond to you and to keep our website secure.

• Contact form: first name, last name, email address, country/region, inquiry type and message (required); company name (optional).
• Website chat: the content of your messages, including any information you choose to share during the conversation, and technical connection information.
• Information collected automatically: IP address, date and time of access, and browser and device information.

If you only browse our website or download materials from our Download Center, we do not ask for your name, email address or other contact details.

We use your information only for the following purposes and not for any other purpose without your further consent where required by law:

• Responding to inquiries: reviewing and replying to product and general inquiries, and keeping a record of our correspondence.
• Distributor partnerships: reviewing partnership inquiries and discussing a potential business relationship with you.
• Website chat support: answering questions submitted through the chat window and keeping a record of the conversation.
• Website security: preventing automated access, abuse and attacks on our website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

Where a law requires us to keep information for longer, we keep it for the period required by that law. When information is no longer needed, we delete it promptly using methods that prevent recovery. Argosdyne is based in the Republic of Korea. Some of our service providers process your information outside Korea, as shown below. The transfer takes place when you submit an inquiry or chat message, or when you access our website, by transmission over the network.

The information is kept for the periods described in Section 4 or until our contract with the provider ends. You may object to these transfers. If you do, you will not be able to use the contact form or chat, but you can still reach us by email (info@argosdyne.com) or telephone (+82-70-5102-1388).

We limit access to personal information to staff who need it, protect access to our website administration system with account security controls, keep our security software up to date, and encrypt data in transit using TLS/SSL.

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our security provider (Cloudflare) and chat provider (Respond.io) may set cookies that are strictly necessary for website security and for the chat function to work. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but some features, such as chat, may not work properly.

You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your personal information, to suspend its processing, or to withdraw your consent. To make a request, contact us at info@argosdyne.com. We will respond without undue delay. While a correction or deletion request is being handled, we will not use or disclose the information concerned. You may also make a request through an authorized representative.

Our website is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

International transfers

The European Commission and the United Kingdom have recognized the Republic of Korea as providing an adequate level of data protection, so transfers to Argosdyne in Korea do not require additional safeguards. Where our service providers process your information in other countries, such as the United States or Hong Kong, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (including the UK Extension and the Swiss-U.S. Framework) where the provider is certified, or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
