Q. The station does not work.A: Please check the following status. ⑴ Check that the power plug is properly connected ② Check if the earth leakage breaker inside the station is down ⑶ Check if the main switch inside the station is on ⑷ Check if station registration in argosALES is correct ⑸ Check the station's link status in argosALES
-
Q. The drone does not land correctly on the station.A: Please check if there are any magnetic structures in the vicinity. If the drone's GPS sensitivity is low, it may affect the aircraft. If the GPS sensitivity is consistently poor, it is recommended to move the station and operate it. A: The accuracy of station landing may be reduced due to poor signal sensitivity of GPS due to communication shading, abnormal IR Landing Beacon, or malfunction of LIDAR sensor mounted on the drone. If the condition of the parts is bad or suspected, we recommend that you stop operating the station and aircraft and receive service through the customer support center.
-
Q. Do I need heavy equipment to install the station?A: The CUNA weighs 400 kg and requires heavy equipment for long-distance movement and installation.
-
Q. Are there any precautions in case of rain?A1: There is no problem with CUNA when the door is closed in case of rain. However, it can be a problem if the door is open, so please always keep the door closed in case of rain.
-
Q. The drone does not start.A1 : Check the drone's battery connection. A2: Check if the emergency button on the remote controller is turned on.
-
Q. The drone does not start charging automatically.A: Check the station's power connection. The station's main power must be on to start charging. If the power does not turn on with the main switch, check the connection of the power cable. A: If charging does not start even though the station is powered on, check the status of the drone. Check the drone's battery power cable connection. A: Check if the charging terminal mounted on the drone is in contact with the charging plate on the top of the station. Charging may not start if the grounding state is unstable due to poor contact or foreign substances. A: Even if all of the above items are correct, if the problem persists, please contact customer service.
-
Q. Some motors do not run when the drone is started.A1 : Turn off the engine, disconnect and reconnect the battery power terminal, then try again. If the same phenomenon repeats after re-applying battery power, there is a problem with the motor or ESC, and the part may need to be replaced.
-
Q. I want to automatically return to the first take-off location.A1 : Check if the flight mode of the remote controller is PosHold Mode. The state in which the SE switch is pulled toward the body is PosHold Mode, and the drone can fly with the altitude and position fixed. In AltHold (Middle) and Stabilized (Down) Modes, the stick can float without hovering while in flight.
-
Q. In what cases are AltHold and Stabilized Mode used?A1 : This flight mode is used in emergency situations where it is impossible to operate with PosHold Mode, such as when the GPS sensitivity is unstable or the altitude and location are not fixed due to other environmental factors. Recommended for use by experienced pilots only.
-
Q. The drone's flight status seems to be different from usual.A1 : If the GPS sensitivity is low, it may affect the drone. This is information that must be checked before flying. If the GPS sensitivity of the flight area is not good, we recommend that you change your location or stop flying at that location.
-
Q. I would like to have automatic flight.A1 : Argosdyne's industrial drones can fly autonomously for various purposes through the Rondo Mobility System, an automatic drone operation platform. In the dedicated GCS program argosALES, detailed flight routes can be set with the mission planner, and scheduled mission flights and repeat mission flights can be performed at the specified time.
-
Q. The drone is not connected to the program.A1 : argosALES is a program responsible for controlling drones and stations in Argosdyne's drone automatic operation system. Since drones and station devices are custom-made and delivered to the customer, only devices pre-registered by contract can connect to argosALES.
-
Q. It seems to take longer than usual for the drone to connect.A1 : This is a phenomenon that may occur due to network quality degradation. - Main causes In case of out of communication distance limit When operating the program in a communication shaded area Communication failure due to surrounding objects Decreased signal sensitivity due to bad weather - Solution Please check the connection settings according to your communication environment. It is recommended to use the default value (57600 baud) for the drone connection communication speed with RF Link. Please check the Internet signal sensitivity when connecting via Cloud Link. Use in an area with no radio interference and strong signal sensitivity.
-
Q. Can I check the location of stations as well as drones on argosALES?A: CUNA is equipped with a GPS that can check the station's position coordinates. If the station is connected to the network, argosALES can determine the exact location of the station to perform precise mission flight path and landing site selection.
-
Q. The location of the drone is not displayed on the map even when I press Move to Location.A1 : Check the connection status of the device. If the drone or station does not connect normally with argosALES, it will not receive valid location information, so the default location will be displayed on the map.
-
Q. The flight does not follow the route created in the mission planner.A1: Make sure you have uploaded the route you created with the mission planner to the drone via Upload waypoint list to a drone. Fly according to the last uploaded information.
-
Q. The drone does not start even when the Arming button is pressed.A1: First, check whether the drone's Link connection is normal or the FC is in Standby status. In addition, the operating sequence for automatic flight must be observed. In order to control the drone with argosALES, the Guided Mode state must be prioritized. Please proceed in the order of Control Panel Guided Mode > Start Mission.
-
Q. The flight does not start when I press the Start Mission button.A1: First, check whether the drone's Link connection is normal or the FC is in Standby status. In addition, the operating sequence for automatic flight must be followed. In order to control the drone with argosALES, the Guided Mode state must be prioritized. Please proceed in the order of Control Panel > Guided Mode > Arming > Start Mission.
-
Q. After landing, the drone does not operate even if the Start Misson button is pressed again.A : The operating sequence for automatic flight must be followed. The drone automatically turns off when it lands, so if the flight ends with Land or RTL, the status is Disarming. To resume automatic flight, follow the order of Control Panel > Guided Mode > Arming > Start Mission.
-
Q. I want to pause the drone in automatic flight.A1 : Press the Guided Mode button on the Control Panel to temporarily pause the drone in flight and enter the hovering state. Press the Start Mission button or Auto Flight button to resume auto-flight of the paused drone.
-
Q. Can the pilot control the motion with the remote controller during automatic flight?A1 : It is possible to switch from automatic flight to manual operation of the remote controller by changing the mode. Press the Guided Mode button on the Control Panel to hold the drone in a paused state, then press the AltHold Mode or PosHold Mode button to switch flight modes. If the mode conversion is successful, manual operation is possible through the remote controller.
-
Q. In what cases are AltHold and PosHold Mode used?A1 : This flight mode is a mode that enables manual control through the remote controller and is used to respond to special situations (emergency landings, etc.) that require pilot intervention. You can stop the mission in the middle of automatic flight and take over control of the drone from the pilot's remote controller.
-
Q. The TAKEOFF command does not work after the drone's Move operation.A1: This is the order of commands blocked by the drone's FC for safety. To increase altitude during basic and automatic flight, use the Move to (x, y, x) function of the Control Panel while the drone is hovering.
